Manufacturing

Unified production and supply chain visibility

A mid-market manufacturer needed a single system for production, procurement, quality, and compliance—replacing spreadsheets and legacy point solutions.

Challenge

Fragmented data, manual handoffs, and no real-time view of capacity or supplier risk.

What we built

Custom vertical ERP with shop-floor integration, quality workflows, and supplier dashboards. BI layer for demand and capacity planning.

Outcome

Single source of truth for operations; lead times and rework reduced; compliance reporting automated.

Healthcare

Secure, compliant operations and scheduling

A multi-site healthcare organization required scheduling, resource allocation, and reporting that met strict compliance and audit requirements.

Challenge

Siloed scheduling tools, manual compliance checks, and no unified view of capacity and utilization.

What we built

Custom operations platform with role-based access, audit trails, and integrated scheduling and BI. Hardened deployment with encrypted data at rest and in transit.

Outcome

Compliant operations at scale; scheduling and utilization visible in one place; audit-ready by design.

Trading

Proprietary trading firm deploys systematic strategies with full mathematical validation

A proprietary trading firm running discretionary strategies wanted to transition to systematic, algorithm-driven trading — but lacked the infrastructure for rigorous backtesting, statistical validation, and live automated execution.

Challenge

Strategies tested informally without walk-forward validation or Monte Carlo simulation. Manual execution introduced timing errors and no position sizing discipline. Risk was sized on intuition, not probability models.

What we built

End-to-end quantitative trading platform with a structured strategy builder, backtesting engine (Sharpe, Sortino, max drawdown, win rate, profit factor), walk-forward and out-of-sample testing, Monte Carlo simulation for risk sizing, and a live execution engine with automated order management and circuit breakers.

Outcome

All strategies now validated with Sharpe > 1.5 and drawdown within defined limits before deployment. Live execution automated with sub-100ms order routing. Position sizing driven by Monte Carlo-derived probability distributions.

Energy

Power distribution company unifies OT/IT and reduces unplanned downtime

A regional power distribution company operating 300+ assets across 4 zones had no unified view of asset health, relied on reactive maintenance, and spent weeks assembling ESG compliance reports manually.

Challenge

SCADA data siloed from IT systems, maintenance teams dispatched reactively without predictive signals, demand forecasting done on spreadsheets with ±9% error rates, and ESG reports took 3 weeks per quarter to compile.

What we built

Integrated energy operations platform pulling SCADA sensor data, asset health telemetry, and field maintenance logs into one dashboard. ML demand forecasting model trained on 5 years of load, weather, and grid state data. Automated ESG data collection and regulatory report generation.

Outcome

Asset failures anticipated 48–72 hours in advance, unplanned downtime reduced significantly. Demand forecasting accuracy improved to ±2.3%. ESG reporting automated and audit-ready within 2 days per quarter.

Construction & Real Estate

Builder eliminates budget overruns and site communication chaos

A mid-size real estate developer managing 6 concurrent residential projects needed to replace WhatsApp groups, Excel trackers, and disconnected procurement tools with a structured, site-ready operations platform.

Challenge

Budget overruns detected too late, contractor progress tracked informally, materials ordered without site consumption data, and no unified view of project health across all active sites.

What we built

Custom construction operations platform with live budget tracking, contractor task management, drawing version control, and procurement tied to site material requirements. Mobile-first for site use with offline capability.

Outcome

Budget overruns eliminated across active projects; all contractors on one platform with daily progress logging; procurement aligned to actual site needs — reducing waste and delays.
